Refund Policy

1. Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return the item(s) within 14 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging. Return will not be possible if the NFT has been claimed. 

2. Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or style, please return the item(s) following our return policy and place a new order for the desired item(s).

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team within 14 days from the date of delivery to notify us about your return request.
  2. Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging and include any accessories or tags.
  3. Ship the package to the provided return address. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund.

4. Refund

Upon approval of your return, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow for up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed. The refunded amount will exclude any shipping charges and non-refundable items (if applicable).

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will gladly assist you and provide a resolution, including a refund or replacement.

6. Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are non-refundable and cannot be returned, including:
